Illustrator
Svilen Petrov, in art Spovv, is an illustrator and character designer. With some 20 years of experience in applied visual arts, he is passionate about discovering unexpected ways to tell a story through his own visual language and style. As a character designer, he possesses the innate ability to understand the persons being portrayed, and thus capture their personalities. His personal interests include being a very quiet person while practicing his keen sense of humor. For example, the name of his hometown translates as “noisy” in English, so he naturally chose to live in a small, peaceful village nearby… together with his very talkative wife and his hyperactive dachshund. He lives near Shumen, Bulgaria.
